While this hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views over a beautiful beach, it is clear that the property is in need of significant maintenance. Although our room was of a good size and featured a balcony overlooking the beach, the surrounding areas were in a state of disrepair, which detracted from the overall experience. It was hard not to notice the grass had not been cut in some time, bushes appeared to have been neglected for months, and upturned loungers were left beside the pool. The pool area itself was surrounded by weeds and long grass, giving the impression that it was abandoned, despite being open. With all the loungers removed, it was unclear whether the pool was fit for swimming; several well-positioned communal decks lacked any furniture, leaving guests without a place to sit and enjoy the view. We understand that our stay was toward the end of the season and that staffing levels may have been reduced, but with the hotel fully booked, these issues were noticeable and impacted all guests. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience and restore the charm of this otherwise well-located property.

Great beaches and worth climbing the Golf Aranci peak (Capo Figari) ~ takes 2 to 3 hours and not particularly challenging.
Nightmare to access this region by public transport, even for well seasoned travellers and the final 8 minute taxi from Pittulongu was €40.

it was wonderful place !!!
it was wonderful place !!!really we don't want to go away from this place and very cozy and nice family hotel Tabby. This hotel has really more than for 3 stars level. Our room was big and has a big comfortable bed , extra beds ,big terass with nice sea view. Clean beach is nearby and has all for the good accommodation (to rent beds ,umbrellas..) The sea is nice but partially has sea weeds. Big promenade to walk ,nice park, shops, restaurants .You can see many cruise boats coming to harbor and many boats and yachts. We had the very nice yacht trip on Lady Buzz with sea food , vine and nice Italian songs ,our captain was amazing! You can book it at hotel Tabby(via site). This place is very nice to be.

Public transport buses was finished for the season.
Local train was at the other end of the town
Golfo Aranci is a small town so easy to get around by walking.
Getting to Albia can be done by train however not very frequent
If you want to travel around the area you probably need a car.
Very friendly and welcoming local peop[le.

Golfo Aranci was my favourite town in Sardinia, it is picture perfect, the people and staff at our hotel were so nice & Friendly, the town has a small Train Station and you can reach Olbia in 25 mins via Train. When I return to Sardinia I will stay here again. Lots of water activities available, and boat trips you can take from the port.

Perfect location, being right on the beach and near shops...
Perfect location, being right on the beach and near shops and cafe was great. The late check in charge is a bit unfair as we don't control the times of the fights and potential delays at airport. Being charged a lot extra to leave luggage there was also a bit unfair too especially if no new guests were expected that day.
The beach was gorgeous and the water was superb! Supermarkets are not as cheap as you might expect when overseas. The town is very traditional and beautiful with no high rise buildings and fast food restaurants etc. Most of the tourists are Italian which is great for those who really want to escape from their normal environment.
The locals are very friendly.
Over all a gorgeous quiet location if you want to relax.

absolutely everything, close to the beach and the apartment well equipped.
The owner made us feel very welcomed. He grated us with a big smile and give us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. There were some complimentary traditional Sardinian sweets that were delicious. We’ve bought more from the shop across the street.
I will like to point the apartment was sparkling clean!
we’ve had a fantastic stay despite the bad weather.
Thank you so much, Antonello! We are looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Location was great, you do need a car when visiting otherwise you are stuck, people should be informed of that, place was comfy for 6 people, supermarket in Olbia or Golfo Aranci great for self-catering needs and we enjoyed cooking and eating together. You need to access the place via the hotel road NOT the turning off the main road which is like a WW1 battlefield and could ruin your car
All in all I'd say decent vfm.
everything about our stay at Hotel Maria was perfect! The room was nice and very clean with comfortable bed. Huge plus for a delicious continental breakfast. 3 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Located in a town centre of Golfo Aranci.
very nice hotel in the very city centre of Golfo Aranci.
One minute from the beach. Room is goo size with all facilities (AC, mini fridge).
Good breakfast.
