I was enchanted by the old town. I was here purely by chance for a wedding and had no idea that this city had such a beautiful old and cozy center. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes "old" Italy.

Beautiful old building with a fascinating history. A great job has been done to restore and renovate Hotel Posta into a comfortable, inviting hotel with attention to touches that made the stay feel luxurious. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and white linen tablecloths were changed between every sitting. The location was also good, making it easy to walk to delicious dining spots and to other historical sites.

A really nice historical city, with a very picturesque old center. Large green parks and very good local cuisine. Unfortunately I couldn't visit all the interesting churches, I had planned to, because of the Corona virus horaires.

Oké, Reggio Emilia is not Bologna nor even close by...
Oké, Reggio Emilia is not Bologna nor even close by neighbour Modena, but it’s a cute little Italian town, centrally located, not flooded with tourists at least and there are enough things to see and enjoy. The mountains are near and even Florence is only an hour by car.
Nannare has been one of the best accommodation experiences for us in Italy - super clean, nicely furnished, with great wifi and in a beautiful residential area just 20 minutes walk from town - free parking on the street if you’re coming with a car (massive bonus in Reggio) and lots of shops and amenities nearby as well. Tiziana has been the most helpful host ever, so Nannare comes highly recommended overall.

Our room looked like a refurbished horse stable which was quite interesting!
Electric charging was available within the property but the parking was occupied by a conventional car. The staff kindly requested the non-staying guest to park somewhere else, which we appreciated.
It was free charging for us.
Everything, from arrival to departure. The room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable and truly value for money. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Plenty of parking. The receptionist checked us in and gave dining recommendations, directions to a great bar. Well skilled person, knows how to cater for his guests. He is an asset to the hotel.
The room was clean, and the hotel in a good central location. Private parking available at a cost which was not made clear. Also not clear that a family room has bunkbeds and is not two separate bedrooms. Good for one night.
