Beautiful town! Not as busy as the other coastal towns which was very nice. The gardens were beautiful and we had a lovely lunch at Mimi in town. We stay at the Art Miramonte Hotel & it is only a short shuttle ride into town. We absolutely loved our hotel, beautiful views, good food, free shuttles into neighboring towns & very kind staff.

A relaxing place to stay when the day trippers have gone home.
Fabulous views out over the Amalfi coast and plenty of places to enjoy a coffee or ice cream, as well as a good range of restaurants. Be prepared for steps up or down if you want to get places, especially if you decide you are going to Amalfi on foot!

Loved the much quieter, spectacular setting of Ravello high...
Loved the much quieter, spectacular setting of Ravello high above the sea. For our taste you can keep Amalfi and Positano. Absolutely overrun with tourists, shops and terribly crowded. Ravello is a world away from all of that. Do not even think of driving to Ravello, We had a driver pick us up from Napoli station and return us. The roads up to Ravello are twisty, narrow and best left to experienced private car services. Believe me it's worth every Euro.

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a place to stay outside of the city center, so this fit the bill. The views were stunning and the rooms spacious. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. However, this is a bit of a drive from the city so if you are looking for a rental within walking distance of activities/sites, this may not be for you. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, then this is it.

It's a gem.
It's a gem. Has the charm of the Amalfi area with less crowds. Further up the slopes from the seaside, but with amazing views. The small town is beautiful and the Villa - Ruffolo and Cimbrone - that can be visited have amazing gardens and views!! We recommend the Garden Hotel - amazing views, nice, clean rooms and welcoming and kind staff. We ate in several places, but we most enjoyed the Salvatore Restaurant - dishes were just amazing - and the Al Nonno Alfoso Pizza has by far the best pizza!! Great place to relax and enjoy La Vita Bella :) will definitely return!!

Beautiful, more tranquil location than crowded, hectic Amalfi town. Great shops and restaurants, not all highly priced as might be expected in tourist hot spot. Must like walking up and down lots of steps!
Da Nonno Alfonso Pizza-making class really recommended!
Simona House was very clean and spacious with a large well appointed kitchen and separate lounge room in a private courtyard. It is in an amazing position two minutes walk into the township. It is situated on a beautiful street across the road from the elegant 5 star hotels. Simona was extremely attentive and generous and meet us promptly on arriving and leaving. Parking is available if you pre-book it with Simona at a secure parking lot. We loved our stay at Simona House and highly recommend it.
The most incredible view and location, great privacy, super tasty breakfast, very responsive, accommodating and helpful host (thank you Martina and the breakfast team!). We came in late October and loved the jacuzzi with a stunning view when the temperatures cooled off in the evening. Super helpful to have parking on spot so we didn't have to use our car during our stay. The center of Ravello is reachable in 5 minutes via steps behind the hotel. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we ever had.
Fabulous location with incredible views of the Amalfi coast. Friendly, warm, helpful staff. Nice restaurant for dinner, good breakfast options. This a gem of a hotel and very good value for money in Ravello. Cool 1960s history too. It’s not super fancy or luxurious but is family run charm at its best.
We loved it here. Like travel from another era.
This the best of the 5 star hotels in Ravello for experience and value - this is due to the excellent staff from the reception to the kitchen to the porter.
