We had an overnight stay in this hotel when travelling to our final holiday destination. The accommodation is good, rooms are good and beds are good. The location of the hotel is close to a highway but there was no noise in our room. Breakfast was ok.

Hirondelle Laconda, a small, family-run hotel, lies above the captivating town of Aosta with a splendid view of the mountains. In April, we woke to the sound of a cuckoo and the magic of mist-enshrouded mountains and were then treated to an exceptional breakfast of so many homemade cakes and cheeses, yogurts and fruits, perfect cappuccino, muesli and other delights that we might have spent the day in the dining room rather than heading off on our journey! The charming sisters Alicia, the chef, and Nathalie, the hotelier, as well their parents are committed to an idea of hospitality that is so genuine and rare these days, evident in their attentiveness, cordiality, and cheerfulness as well as in the spotless rooms, the well-trained staff, and in their willingness to help plan a memorable stay in the Aosta Valley.
