Wonderful 25 meter salt water swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. Two great tennis courts and on a lovely sandy beach. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Perfectly placed hotel, 3 minutes from Fetovaia beach, very nice and accommodating personnel, large and quiet room, parking places, nice breakfast, it was all perfect. We are looking forward to return next year ! Fetovaia itself is a jewel of Elba, a very small village perched upon a splendid golf. Hiking trails are everywhere, to explore both the coast and the mountainous hills behind it.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, even when faced with many guest queries. I found they always tried their best to meet the expectations of guests. The reception staff as well as the restaurant staff, pool bar staff, house cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is very nice, surrounded by lush vegetation.
Just 2 minutes' walk from the beach in Marciana Marina, Hotel La Conchiglia is situated on Elba Island.

Lovely small Bed and Breakfast, very clean and comfortable although the room was quite small but for a couple of days it was fine for us. I don't think I would have wanted a long stay. We had a ground floor room which was perfect as we had a dog with us. Breakfast was enjoyable, outside under the gazebo and there was extras available such as pancakes or scrambled eggs. Croissants and cake were lovely!

What a lovely location, great place to just relax and just do nothing , swim every morning before breakfast and a great breakfast choice.
Dinner was very good we stayed 5 nights and felt totally relaxed leaving and all the staff were so nice and friendly
Location in a panoramic position 10 minutes' walk from Portoferraio centre, Villa Ombrosa has a private beach you can use for free. The terrace offers great sea views.

The staff was extremely understanding. It seemed that the ferry was not leaving at the specified time, so they extended our reservation. When it turned out that it still works, we were able to leave without compensation.
I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it is spacious and comfortable - I was positively surprised. We stayed close to the pool (not in the main building), where we had a nice terrace with a table and 4 chairs with umbrella. The hotel has a beautiful garden, with nice shady pavements, feels like a small village. The pool and the pool bar are simply amazing. The beach and the village center is just 5 minutes walk, also the bus is in 5 min walk distance. The free parking is spacious and very comfortable.
As it was low season there were few people staying but we were welcomed by a extremely friendly and kind girl who showed us out to our garden room and explained the features in the room. The hotel is right on the beech so superbly located. We didn't take any meals so I can't comment on that.
The location is great, all (swimming pool, beachfront, tennis) within a few steps away from the room. Staff is friendly and well trained, food is good and the hotel has all it take for a secluded rest away from the more busy part of the island. Highly recommend
