Wonderful 25 meter salt water swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. Two great tennis courts and on a lovely sandy beach. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Michella and Massimo have been very welcoming and nice. I've been lucky to taste Michella's cake in the morning. The villa is at the centre of the village and only 5min of walk to Procchio beach.
Even without a car, it's very easy to get there by bus from Portoferraio with the 116 and to reach other villages of the island via the same line.

We loved Procchio! The views were superb, everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The friendliness of locals in also in the restaurants surprised us very positively. The rooms were exceptionally artistic, good beds, very clean, modern toilets/showers and the whole house looked inviting already from the yard.
the owners were really friendly and helpful! they told us everything about the beaches, helped us planning our one-day-hiking trip to mount capanne. The view from our room was amazing - we were not only able to see the whole procchio gulf but also see the moon rise! the rooms were very clean!
