The location is excellent,10 minutes walk away from the center ,by bus from the airport it's also close like 20 minutes.
The rooms were very clean and eco friendly , breakfast was amazing and delicious , room was comfy, had good air conditioning. All was very good,I strongly recommend.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes. Just note train does run direct into St Lucia Station however not trains from 10.17am until 11.47am. Not sure why. The train ride is less than 30 minutes and quite comfortable. Very safe.

The area is very quaint with cobbled streets and lots of areas that are pedestrianised. There are plenty of traditional restaurants suitable for everyones pocket. The walks along the canals are delightful and worth spending time exploring the areas surrounding the canals.
The location is extremely good, located in a quiet, family environment. Good connection with the highway and train station, convenient for day trips to nearby cities, Venice, Padua, Treviso. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, very tidy and has everything you need for a stay
Excelent location to visit Venice. Train station at 5 mins by walking. Free private parking place in front of the hotel. Everything else at exceptional level: ac, cleanliness, quiet location (restaurant from other comments does not exist anymore), big room.
Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, car can park in front of the terrasse, 15 min walk to the train station and 25 minutes to Venice by train was convenient. Was quiet, too, so good hotel to visit the city.
Excellent place, friendly owners, clean and great location : 5 min walking distance to the train station and from there it's only 10 min to Treviso or 25 min to Venice .
