Really good value for the money, needs a little bit renovation but for the money we paid was really good taking in to the account that SPA was included in room price. All necessary needs for one night stay were met: Breakfast was simple but good, bed was comfortable, room was clean.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! It is incredibly cozy, authentic, and has a rich historical context. I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it turned out to be! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bed was extremely cozy. We had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more special.
The breakfasts were of a very high standard, with something for everyone. There was a great selection of meats, cheeses, and you could make your own sandwiches. The variety of pastries was incredible! The atmosphere during breakfast felt very homely and welcoming.
A huge bonus of this hotel is the spa area, which includes both an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, two saunas, and a relaxation zone. All of this is free for guests staying at the hotel. I highly recommend setting aside some time in the evening to enjoy the spa area, which is open until 7:30 PM.
A big thank you to the hotel for their excellent service! They truly offer a high level of hospitality, and we will definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning ourselves.

Close to other towns of the area and to the well managed ski resorts of Latemar, Ceramis, and Alpe Lusia ( Beautiful views with comfortable runs for intermediates and beginners) We ate well at L'Bortoleto( formal dining) and MZ millenium, Montanara and HB burgers ( casual dining). You don't pay the excessive prices of places like Cortina.

I loved this place!
I loved this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect; it backed onto a forest so it was very quiet and peaceful. However, in just a few minutes walk I was in the town centre. Upon checkin I was given a tourist card to visit various sights and a travel card to use on all the buses. This was very convenient when visiting nearby towns like Moena and Canazei. The owners were extremely kind and helpful; when I arrived, it was tipping with rain and they very kindly picked me up at the station. They also gave me a lift when I was leaving. I would most highly recommend Residence Lagorai!
Flat very nice and clean, fully equipped. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, wine bars, shops and church. Great location for skiers. Val Di Fiemme Predazzo ski station within 5 minutes by car. Ski buss stop about 100m. Owner Fabrizio very friendly and helpful. A charming place! I had a very nice time. Definitely recommend!
Very nice and supportive landlord. Great support and help with everything during our holiday in Predazzo. Brand new apartments with a comfortable furniture and well equiped kitchen. Free underground garage and good location in town for fair price. For sure we will be back!
Good place in the centre of Predazzo, near the ski bus station and supermarket, nice host, really good place for skiing in the middle od ski resorts Latemar, Alpe Cermis and Alpe Lusia.

Very nice, family runned hotel, with friendly staff. We spent one night while stopping on a motorbike tour of the dolomites. I highly recommended for bikers, they have very big underground garage.
