This hotel completely exceeded my expectations!
The room was much more spacious than I expected - the largest 'single' room I've stayed at in Europe so far. The room + bathroom was both so clean and modern. The location is also amazing - a short walk to the main train station, and a short walk to the Duomo and the Galleries dell'Academia as well.
Most of all, Giovanni was very kind and helpful before and throughout my stay -- grazie mille!!!
I would definitely stay again.

staff very helpful, changed room when asked as first room was near busy road, asked for a quieter room and was given a lovely room at the back away from traffic noise. Thank You.
The location is good. The hotel Demidoff though isnt great as the pictures suggest. The facilities they post and actually those facilities are not provided. Beware Swiming pool is closed.
The good part is the adventure park nearby which is a lot of fun for kids and families.
