I think it's the best place to sleep if you have an early ferry to Malta. There is a parking lot, there is no one at the reception in the evening and at night, but there is a person who is available on WhatsApp 24/7
In the morning you can make yourself a delicious coffee, take a cupcake.
The room was clean and cozy.
Featuring a bar and views of city, Mare Nostrum Petit Hôtel is located in Pozzallo, 500 metres from Spiaggia Pietre Nere.

Always a joy to stay here (we like to stay here when getting the ferry to Malta). Clean and spacious, nice garden with pool. On walking distance of the beach, but also a nice coffee bar, a very good pizzeria, a sushi restaurant and supermarket. Friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Megaron Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was especially welcoming and made me feel right at home. The warm and inviting atmosphere truly made my experience memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for great hospitality and a pleasant stay.
Wonderful clean beach with warm water. There were rinse off showers before the promenade and that water temperature was perfect.
Lots of good cafes, restaurants and gelati shops. Old buildings and new, easy walking to everything as mostly flat with slight hills.
Unfortunately, the train service was not running but there were replacement buses.
Good little supermarkets too.

Quiet beach town with fast ferry to Malta.
Quiet beach town with fast ferry to Malta. People are friendly and some speak a little English. It was safe and very relaxing. There is also a nice shopping strip. Recommend renting a car and exploring other cities. Great home base. Reasonable prices.

It's a nice little town, it gives you a taste of the "real" Sicily. That said, there's very little to do there and it tends to be more expensive than the rest of Sicily, I'm guessing because of the ferry passengers that occasionally pass through. Also, most of the restaurants are either closed (mid October), or they have erratic schedules.

A quaint seaside town - very clean and with great food both to buy and cook or dine out. The town center is vibrant and has a really good feel. We stumbled across Pozzallo taking the ferry across to Malta - what a gem !

Pozzallo is the closest Sicilian port to the island of Malta. It is an obvious place to break one's journey from Malta by sea, by spending at least one night in Pozzallo and continuing on one's travels the next day (or days).
Pozzallo is a good place to relax and enjoy the beaches (in summer) and long walks (in winter).

It was the best time in Sicily, apartment is very clean and comfortable with amazing pool and terasse. It was directly at the pool. Apartment is located few steps from the see with sandly beach. The owner of the villa is very helpfull and friendly. Location of the apartment is at the walking distanse to Pozzallo center. Pozzallo is a very nice and compact city with a lot of restaurants. If you would like to visit Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Marzamemi is the best location to stay in Pozzallo in the Villa le Mimose.
Casa della Villa Pozzallo is a great place to stay - very nice, big apartment, in the centre of the town. Pietro is a wonderful host, gave us super recommendations for our stay (where to go for a drink, dinner and best gelato, what places near by to visit). I will recommend this place for family holiday or for two couples travelling together, apartment is spacious and comfortable.
Everything. Very clean and rural in Pozzallo. What we wanted to be near the town but retire to a peaceful environment. The hosts were the most accomdating two people ever!
