The inn is so beautiful and has the most incredible view. But the best part of all is Franco and his wife Ivana who are the most amazing hosts. They go above and beyond… made the most delicious breakfast for us everyday and made sure we had food good for our allergies. They have the warmest smiles and are so welcoming and really make you feel pampered and at home. Loved our stay and cant wait to go again. Highly recommend!

Excellent little B&B with everything you need! Location is perfect, PSG is a very walkable city with everything close by. Clean, private and well stocked with everything! Air conditioner was great for the heat and being pet friendly is the best part!!

Loved the location, small town with all amenities within walking distance, Fermo an historical town is only 15 minutes away and well worth a visit for the panoramic view and a walk round it’s charming sites. Need to Speak good Italian, off the usual tourist track, unspoilt tranquil, haven would recommend! Delightful place to visit and a good base for looking round the Abruzzo area.

One of the best appartments we've stayed in! Big beautiful appartment with three rooms and spacy livingroom and kitchen, great benefit of two bathrooms, very well equipted with everything you need and very helpful owner who also prepared coffe and snacks for us! Appartment is located half a minute walk from a nice beach, 10 min walk to the city centre and many nice restaurants and train station. We enjoyed the nice terasse a lot and calm street. Highly recommended!

It was the cleanest place we ever stayed. Betty would come and clean every single day, even though we told her it is not necessary. Spotless doesn't even cover how clean it was.
The breakfast is homemade, mostly sweet, but oh so good.
It is the perfect place to spend your vacation. We will definitely return to them.
We stayed for 1 night on our way back from the south of Italy. The property has a great panoramic view over the town, lovely garden and big and clean swimming pool. I would love to spend here one more night to enjoy the facilities a bit more. Breakfast was tasty and various, but as non-italian I would appreciate a bit of more salty selection :) Parking is convenient, the owner is very polite and pleasant to communicate with.
