El Faro is one of those stellar hotels that has it all. Everything was fantastic. The staff are the ones that went out of their way to make our five day visit luxurious. The hotel sits in a stunning position with a fabulous view around the bay. Breakfast was awesome with many choices for everyone. The only thing we would have liked more was a varied dinner menu as our stay was for five days.

We stayed with Alessandro for two nights, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Having traveled extensively and stayed in B&Bs for nearly a decade across various countries, I can confidently say that we have never had an experience like this before.
Alessandro and his wife are truly special hosts—caring, hospitable, and always eager to help with advice and recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were superb, with homemade bread and a variety of delicious options, including a scrumptious homemade cake. I also loved that coffee, tea, and water (even wine!!!!) were available around the clock—such a thoughtful touch!
A true highlight of our stay was when Alessandro noticed that my wife had a birthday coming up the following day. The next morning, they surprised us with a birthday cake, which was simply amazing! It’s these little details that make this place extraordinary.
If this doesn’t convince you to visit them, I don’t know what will! It’s an absolute must-visit, and we can’t recommend it enough!

We can’t recommend this hotel enough! Located just 15 minutes from the airport, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation right on the beach. The stunning views and easy access to the water made every moment feel like a vacation.
The hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. There are also charming little restaurants within walking distance along the beach, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner.
The staff truly made our experience exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us set up a catamaran tour, making our trip even more memorable.
With a beautiful pool, ample parking, and all the amenities you could ask for, this hotel has it all. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Alghero, which is a fantastic bonus.

The location was the biggest draw card for us.
The location was the biggest draw card for us. We didn’t need luxury because we planned to be out exploring. Porto Conte was clean, the family who run it do a brilliant job looking after guests and the breakfast was generous and fresh. I highly recommend it as a neat and tidy base to recharge before the next day’s adventures!

I really liked the slightly remote location. It’s a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches and Porto Conte park, about 20 minutes to Alghero, but it’s cut off from the noise making it very peaceful. The house is lovely, large garden, beautiful porch - perfect for easy mornings and chill evenings. Caterina and her husband were great hosts - they were there for anything I needed and served up breakfast at the agreed time out on the porch. Ricotta with honey was absolutely amazing
Alessandro is a wonderful guy, very helpful in every situation. Rich breakfast, comfortable bed, clean premises, quiet plus everything you might need you will find here. We can highly recommend this accommodation, it was our best decision to stay in B&B La Casa Bianca di Porto Conte. Everything was perfect.
Excellent hotel on the sea with stunning views. There were two swimming pools and swimming in the sea was possible. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Lunch and dinner we were able to sit outside. There we’re many deck chairs around the pool and beside the water. Staff were very friendly.
