The room smelled like smoke. The description on Booking.com said it was beachfront and it was not. You had to cross a really busy street to get to the beach, which was extremely unkept and full of trash. I would not recommend this to family or friends.

Great staff, helpful and friendly! Extremely clean bungalow, very silent A/C, one of the best we had in Italy so far. Much space, great coffee at the bar, everything was excellent. Also directly on the beach.

Nice modern apartment, fully equiped kittchen and very helpfull owners. In the center of Pontecagnano, with lots of shops around. Free parking behind building. Rooms are modern and spacious, as in a hotel. We were family of four adults and we really enjoy our stay at Toc Toc.

Maria, the host, was exceptionally friendly, hospitable, flexible, and accommodating! The apartment was wonderfully sized and appointed, and was well-lit despite being below ground - the photos don't do it justice (not that they're bad photos). It was quiet and clean and the shower was hot and had great pressure. The breakfast options provided were far more varied and of higher quality than all other similar types of properties I've stayed in in Italy.
