The jacuzzi and the sauna room was fantastic! The jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but still it was still nice.
The room was great with plenty of space to hang out and cook and eat. The outdoor sitting was beautiful as well.
Easy walk to the restaurants or a stroll along the lake!

The rooms were spacious and clean. In front of the B&B there was a good restaurant ("Okay Pub", we had an excelellent dinner for a very reasonable price), and next to it there's a good café for the morning start. All in all, it was kind of a 5 bedroom mini-apartment, and it was quite right for us (a couple with 3 little kids).

Beautiful location on lake and mountains with walkway around lake close by. Easy access to good Asian restaurants and cafes (Jonny's) train and Swiss border. Would book earlier to get better accommodation.

Beautiful border town with Switzerland. Plenty of restaurants, our favorite is Ristorante Dal Pescatore, directly on the lake front. Fantastic service and food. There are plenty of gelaterias and bars, try Johnny's.
Plenty of nice walks and activities around the lake.
We travel with our bikes and is ideal to get around.

The best ever place for short stay in Lavena Ponte Tresa! Always when it is possible, we choose this place and in the future it will be the place for our gests, when I live in Lavena. We are especially grateful to the owners who took us to Porto Ceresio station because the public transport did not work. A small but extremely revealing gesture for the attitude towards the client, towards the business!
The apartment is big, clean and has everything you need. The self check in and check-out are very smooth and the communication with the host was also wonderful. We also got a PDF including all information we needed and recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing etc. which was very helpful! Moreover we were surprised by a bottle of Prosecco, a few drinks and Italian food.
The hotel has a stunning swimming pool, perfect for the relax and swimming, a wellness centre and a sauna , gym fully equipped.
The staff at the are always helpful guaranteeing excellent service and impeccable hospitality.
