The rooms were spacious and clean. In front of the B&B there was a good restaurant ("Okay Pub", we had an excelellent dinner for a very reasonable price), and next to it there's a good café for the morning start. All in all, it was kind of a 5 bedroom mini-apartment, and it was quite right for us (a couple with 3 little kids).

It's clean. The room has basic facilities, no tv, fridge or hair dryer. The shower is very small. You can really relax there, it's very quiet, so you can forget the world outside for a while.

Beautiful location on lake and mountains with walkway around lake close by. Easy access to good Asian restaurants and cafes (Jonny's) train and Swiss border. Would book earlier to get better accommodation.

Beautiful border town with Switzerland. Plenty of restaurants, our favorite is Ristorante Dal Pescatore, directly on the lake front. Fantastic service and food. There are plenty of gelaterias and bars, try Johnny's.
Plenty of nice walks and activities around the lake.
We travel with our bikes and is ideal to get around.

My second time at this hotel and upgraded to a lake view room this time, which is well worth the extra money. The views of Lake Lugano are stunning. Yes, you can get the views from the terrace, but it’s nice to wake up to the incredible scenery and take it all in on your balcony.
The food in the restaurant is superb, and not over-priced. The staff are helpful and friendly and the overall experience was fantastic.
Everything was perfect - the beautiful hotel, cosy accommodation, rich breakfast, pleasant lake location with mountain view and very kind staff in the hotel. Very nice hotel in Lavena Ponte Tresa. Furthermore the hotel has its own restaurant with amazing food.
Beautiful apartment with balcony in the heart of Ponte Tresa. Very nice hosts. Breakfast items and plenty of bottled water were provided. Air condition worked great. Good value for money.
