Our room was good with a pleasant view. The breakfast was excellent, more than we could eat. The restaurant was very good and with excellent local dishes when full menu available. Parking space outside.

Beautiful but difficult to find. Once I arrived after a long hot day on a motorbike, the receptionist went above and beyond. I was hungry and thirsty and she finished at 8. So she sorted me a cold meat platter with bread and cheese and a number of cold beers. All delivered to my room. 😁😁😁

This hotel is on the town’s (Poggio Picenze) main road and easy to get to. The hotel is close to Gran Sasso National Park, and a short hop to Sulmona. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating, giving us a ground floor room when he realized the steps might be a challenge for us. The rooms are spacious, the internet is perfect, the bathrooms modern. The associated restaurant had fine food, though a bit pricey. The breakfast includes delicious crostada and other tasty homemade Italian baked goods.
the host was super welcoming and pleasant! we arrived late and booked it just an hour before and he waited for us.
the hotel is clean, welcoming and located in a great location for people who’s traveling the area! definitely will be back on my next trip to Abruzzo!
