Pineto is a lovely Italian town .
The beach is wonderful, backed by pine trees.
There is a high speed rail line between the town and beach,
so to access the beach it is necessary to find the tunnels which
go under the rail line.
Restaurants were good , a real mix of casual up to Michelin recommended
We hired a car at the airport so could visit many attractions of the area including the trabbochi and Sulmona, the home of sugared almonds or confetti as the Italians call it

Small town feel with convenience of restaurants around the area ,Gelateria, markets during the weekends ,can stroll during the night safely.And of course the beach is really beautiful and doesn’t have crowds with a lot of tourists.

The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it.
The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day.
The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 for a pleasant walk with ice cream.
The Schiuma restaurant provided delicious pinsa (pizza) and the Vecchio Frantoio offered perfect sea food, all in a local non-touristic style.

Nice town near the sea with exellent beach. Calm and quiet place to relax by the sea. Good for cycling and walking along the sea. Lots of shops and restaurants. We especially liked the restaurant for those who love fish Lido Gabbiano and the best arrosticini in the restaurant Lu Stracapanz.

Beautiful area with a fabulous beach. The walk through the pine tress along the beach is spectacular.Some great lidos along the beach with restaurants attached -especially Gino, Mira Mara, and Neilid
Do not leave Pinto with out paying a visit to the gran caffe de paris and you must have their pistachio icecream
The Bed and Breakfast is located above the city of Pineto and has a spectacular view of the ocean! The owners are very nice and super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit! The breakfast is also fantastic. Particularly when eating outside on the beautifully designed terrace. Everything is quite new and you can really see, that the owners put a lot of thoughts into making everything as perfect as possible for the guests.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tre Eliche . The apartment was newly refurbished and to a very high spec .
Team Homiday looked after us very well , any problems and they were straight on to them
Parking was fine just outside .Pineto was a lovely town , great restaurants and a beautiful pine tree backed beach which was wonderful .
Staff helpful, car parking spaces available, breakfast was good, swimming pool area was nice, gardens lit up on night times, and private beach with 1x sun lounger and 1x chair positioned under an umbrella for each room at the hotel free of charge which you are allocated for the length of your stay.
Pool was great but the weather was to cold to swim. A very nice breakfast with more than enough to eat. The host was very friendly and we were offered coffee or wine on arrival.
