Patrizia and her husband were waiting for us. The house was super comfy and new. The table was even ready for the breakfast. The refrigerator was also full for us (with a big bottle of water, juices and milk which was crucial in the high heat). Thank you so much for your kindness.

I liked it all. The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need to rest and cook. We prepared a delicious dinner with ingredients we got at a nearby “Alimentari”. But without a doubt the best experience was Michela, our host, who did not hesitate to drive 35 km to save us from a very heavy rain since we came on foot along the Via di Francesco. Michela again, thank you very, very much. The places we have visited are beautiful but the people we have met have made us live a unique experience. Thanks from my heart.

Beautiful place, we were a bit later than planned but the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful quite hour or so before heading off - great location for the Via Francesco pilgrimage but I would love to go back and stay for a few days. Wonderful breakfast and the staff were so helpful and warm

The location of this hotel is superb with a fantastic view of the montefranco valley. Our rooms were fantastic and super comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It boosted a large swimming pool with open views. Definitely recommend.
I can only describe this hotel as heaven on earth. Our room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, and was an absolute joy to awaken in the morning and greet the sun from our balcony overlooking the most magnificent view of the lake.
The spa area was pristine and we enjoyed a fabulous spa/sauna which was relaxing.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and had no hesitation in assisting us with our enquiries.
Very good hotel. Everything was as it should be, but as a pilgrim, it was too touristy for me. I would have preferred something a little less modern. But that is entirely my fault. I cannot fault the hotel for this
