The hotel is a large complex on nice grounds out of the main centre of Pescia, it seems to cater well for buses of tourists. The rooms were clean and for the age of the buidling, quite nice with a charm about them, I particularly liked the enormous autumn picture back wall of the beds :)
The staff are absoultely lovely, helpful and keen to serve any request.
The hotel has a very old world charm about it and a newer wing attached, it has a pool which we never used but seemed nice.

Sandra is a brilliant host. She informed us about parking lots, fantastic restaurants and impressive historical places. Although the apartment is located in the center of Pescia, it is very quiet. The interior design is modern, the air-conditioning worked very well even in the hot days of July.

You can walk 30 minutes down to the Pescia from apartment through forest hike and 40 minutes up to the apartment from town. You can use also your car, to get to the town, but hike is very nice adventure.
