The owner and staff were all wonderful, the breakfast selection was good each day, and coffee was made to order. Rooms were small, but have a wardrobe, and a small desk. The view over the beach is nice, and you can get a bike for free at the hotel. I didn’t try lunch or dinner at the hotel, though it is apparently good. I really wanted to like this hotel more, but weather and circumstances made that difficult…read below.

Pesaro is a not-so-big town and seaside resort facing the Adriatica, about 80 km from Bologna, which is connected by frequent trains. Closer are Rimini and Ancona. Also not far is San Marino, but a car is needed to go there, as there are some 35 km. The beach is fine and well kept, most of it with paid umbrellas and long seats, but there are a few places of free beach. Most hotels are along the beach. The older part of the town [between the railway and the sea] has many fine buildings, a lot of nice shops and restaurants and hosts most events during the Rossini Opera Festival (ROF) held every year in mid-August. Other events are in the Vitrifrigo Arena, in the outskirts, close to a big comercial center. Also not far from the newer part of the town [built beyond the railway]. A nice place for a summer holiday and a grat place for opera fans.

This beach resort city is wonderful.
This beach resort city is wonderful. The restaurants are very good, the people very nice. However the weather changes from one day to the next, we got there a week previous to the season ending which happened on 9/23 and that's when the temperature goes to high 60's and the water is too cold to go in, but the city is so nice it didn't matter.

Pesaro is my father's home town, it is a wonderful place to visit. There are many great restaurants and bars. It's very family and pet friendly! There is a great cycle/walk path to the next historical town of Fano! It has got great transport links to neighbouring towns and cities, via buses and trains. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, town centre, the station.
You must try a "Rossini" pizza! Pesaro's very own pizza 🍕!!!
Fantastic place, undeservingly underrated IMHO - packing lots of value for travelers. Happily, Italian cultural capital of 2024 with expected renovations and upgrades of infrastructure.
Best for vacationers in their 60s, 70s, 80s, perhaps 50s and families with children, for great sunbathing, swimming, strolling, biking experience.
Eye-pleasing, highly cultural, great local people.
Would benefit more from luggage storage facilities in town, grocery store at via Trieste area, and some public transport nighttime solutions for the neighborhood areas (think Urbino). Not all town’s potential guests enjoy motoring, driving and car parking all day long, some would appreciate more relaxing time on their vacation.

Pesaro is a peaceful and clean city.
Pesaro is a peaceful and clean city. In the old town, which is close to the beach, it is nice to walk narrow streets and enjoy the summer day.
There is plenty of beach to go and choose the options. A little too few free beaches, too many "sun umbrella beaches" where the sun chair place costs. However, the places are cozy.
We love Pesaro and its cozy spirit. We are about 50 years old and we did not look for discos or beach parties.

Very Italian, only a few restaurants had English translation menus but staff everywhere very nice, non Italians seemed to have a novelty value, seemed pleased to see us. Beaches and port very nice as was the Old Town. Had a very good time there
My children and I had wonderful impressions of the hotel. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, our room was cleaned every day. Close to the sea.
P.S. I returned the money for the juice at the reception, but still a huge thank you to the night shift man. 🤗
amazing stay, stuff is very helpful and polite, room is amazing, pool is great. in general – one of the best hotels i've ever been to.
also, you can take a bicycle for free from the hotel if you feel like exploring Pesaro.
Location near by sea, music, playing every evening from merrygoround in front of hotel. Cappuccino right in lobby, nice and friendly staff, especially ladies serving breakfest.
