Location was amazing with an incredible view. Loved that the heart of a beautiful, surprisingly lively hillside village is steps away. Good transportation down to the lake and back until midnight.

Spectacular location and views from a beautiful apartment. Our host, Andrea, went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. I recommend this place for couples in particular, and definitely suggest renting an e-bike to explore the neighborhood and take in the breathtaking views.

Everything was exceptional! Beds and room is very comfortable and the view from the room is 10/10!! If we had any questions property manager was always in touch and we were getting responses within a few minutes. Be aware, the villa is located at the top of a hill so it does require effort to get from Varenna train station to the villa, so if you have a lot of baggage, take taxi or bus. Otherwise without baggage it’s very good walk with amazing views of lake Como! There is also kitchen and great washroom, it’s an amazing stay and we would come back again! Thank you!

We were delighted with such a magical view from our balcony and terrace of the villa. The room was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. You need to check the schedule of buses, ferries and supermarkets in advance, as everything closes very early in this area. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the city. We dream of coming back for a whole month))

This town, right next to Varenna, was thee best location to stay. We could hop on a ferry every hour or more to Bellagio or Menaggio and be there in 15 minutes. But our town was the best to be our base location.

Perledo was a fantastic place to stay.It is about 15minutes downhill from Verenna if you want to catch a ferry.The walk back up the hill you need to be fit it’s steep.Perledo has lovely local restaurants to go to and it’s all fresh produce which I loved.Great walks in Perledo and lots to explore and the view over the lake is amazing.You have to stay in Perledo there is so much to see.

Peeled/Varenna is indeed beautiful and worth seeing but it is exceptionally busy with tourists. Consequently the restaurants and shops are geared to cater for tourists and there is very little local flavour or culture to be found. Good for a couple of days sightseeing but certainly not restful.

Perledo is a beautiful place in the mountains over looking the lakes. It is peaceful and a beautiful part of the world. I have travelled to many different places in my life and this is such an amazing place for nature clean air, everywhere you look there is beauty. You will need a car if you stay here and are not fit. The climb back up from Varenna is steep.

The village is in a fabulous position right above the lake, but the road is narrow, windy, steep and tricky for people not accustomed to the rapid local drivers you may encounter, particularly at night.

The property itself was lovely and located near Perledo, which was perfect location for walks and seeing more of Varenna and lake Como. We really enjoyed our stay and Beth was a fantastic host, even giving us a lift to and from the station to save us walking up the hill with our luggage, and kept in touch throughout the stay with great recommendations for the local area. We had an amazing time, thanks Beth!
We loved everything about this property. Serena greeted us warmly and provided us with a lot of information and a genuine offer of assistance. The room was over two levels, was extremely clean, spacious and the kitchen facilities, including the cafeteria, were all perfect for our stay. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed our walk into Perledo. We hope to visit Serena and Agriturismo again one day.
Our host, Rita was super nice and helpful person! Other workers was also friendly and service was good. Room was cosy and we liked hole hotel area...and of course Pippo, the hotel dog. Our holiday there was just perfect. Getting up to the hotel was good exsercising, but sometimes hard :D . Still, I wan't to come there again!
