This hotel actually exceeded my expectations. I know European hotels can be a mixed bag, but the rooms were new, and it was very clean and convenient. I like it a lot and would highly recommend. There was nearby laundry self-service, and the hotel staff were all super, super nice and friendly. It really meant a lot to me how helpful and kind they were with all my questions. You can just tell they want you to have the best time, and they care about your experience. I think in general Florence can feel a bit like a tourist trap, but this hotel had so much Italian warmth and hospitality. Would come again! Also the location was amazing. Right by tram for airport and close to Mercato Centrale and most of the attractions. Really was super ideal.

My family LOVED this hotel! My husband and I booked a triple room for more space and were also provided a crib for our 1 year old. The hotel provides breakfast and happy hour each day which were nice ways to start our day and have a break prior to dinner. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. In total we traveled as a family of six with three rooms and the staff helped carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the elevator and also offered a few local restaurant recommendations. We will be staying here again!
