a charming peaceful provincial town with a lot of fabulous monuments and places of interest. Get savvy on historical background to appreciate it better. it's a place for music too, especially at the casa della musica on san Francesco del Prato Square.

Lovely city and a great stop between Bellagio and Florence.
Lovely city and a great stop between Bellagio and Florence. We were there for 2 days and did a food tour and a bike tour to a cheese factory. Wonderful restaurants, a town with great energy (university town) but small enough to explore in a couple days. Shopping was great too as were the beautiful churches and a lot of cultural events going on. Highly recommend!!

Parma is full of chiesa and palazzi of interest to visitors.
Parma is full of chiesa and palazzi of interest to visitors. There is little automobile traffic on the streets that borde the large pedstrian zone of the Centro Storico. Other visitors are mainly from Italia.
Large appartments, very comfortable and large bed, wooden floor in the sleeping room - no cold tiles ( we were in October), all needed kitchen equipment. Awesome bathroom - big enough, with very new equipment. Very close to the historic center and all necessary shops. We travelled in Italy and stayed in 3 cities - this was our best experience.
The hotel has a very good location if you want to visit the center of Parma. At some point a neighbour was singing opera and I could hear him well, but as it was good at it, it wasn't a negative.
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Parma. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall an excellent choice.
