The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We greatly appreciated the light breakfast left for us as well. The location was perfect for a late night flight arrival and the host gave very thorough instructions on how to find and access the apartment.

We needed somewhere to sleep as we arrived late, it was close to the airport and very clean. It had a cafe next door and supermarket, so it was perfect before we continued our trip.

The self check-in was very complicated.The room had its own bathroom and balcony but share a corridor with a fridge with another 2 rooms.We received the wrong room.We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa and received a room with only a double bed.We asked the manager to book us for 6 AM shuttle for the airport and we were waiting in front of the building for more than 20 min and when the shuttle didn’t show up we just stopped a car and bagged fora ride to the airport that cost us 50 euros.We chose this lodging mainly for the reason it was listed with a shuttle to the airport.We wouldn’t recommend this place but if you’ll choose we wish you good luck.

The accommodation is a bedroom and bathroom in a 10 story apartment block and is not a standard B&B. Locating the place is a nightmare and the photo of Bari Palese does not in any way reflect what the building actually is. Also the photos of our room showed a sofa, storage space, table and chairs etc. This is not the room we ended up in.
I would strongly suggest that you reclassify this accommodation as it's very misleading. Also the owner tried to pressurize me into giving a rating of 10 on your website. I can not believe that you have given a rating of 8.3 and 3***. On reading other reviews, numerous people have complained and some have been locked out and other guests are victims of double bookings
We also had some angry exchanges with the owner by telephone when trying to locate the accommodation. He did not want to entertain us in conversation and referred us to Google Maps. Basically saying to us He had our money and could not give a damn whether we found it or not.
It was a stressful experience and you, Booking.com are partly responsible for that

Fantastic place to stay in Bari after a late night flight from Athens. The room was very comfortable with a balcony and refreshments plus something available for breakfast if we needed it. All instructions were very clear on how to get into the apartment building. Could not have been easier for us as a couple plus an additional room for my father who is travelling with us. We also had assistance with a drop off to Matera the next day which helped us out for the three of us travelling.
Great for late arrivals or early departures. We landed in Bari airport after midnight, the hotel arranged a convenient transfer , the driver was easy to meet and on time and received very easy to follow self check-in instructions. The room itself is spotlessly clean and the bed comfy, it was perfect for late landing.
Easy communication with an owner via email and phone. The apartment is near Bari Airport (20-25min by public transport). The room has everything you need (towels, sheets); it is clean and pretty spacious.
Alessandra is the sweetest person! We connected immediately. She will do whatever you need to help. She wants you to enjoy your stay in Italy! This is a great play to stop over around the airport.
The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the train station that will bring you to Bari centre. Very clean and all amenities needed are provided in the kitchen.
