Everything was amazing.
The building itself is really beautiful. The B&B is situated in the historic center, and that was great for us. Since we could go out at night, with the kids, without having to drive or to worry about anything. But Osimo is a good option even if you want to go to the beach or visit other cities around, because everything is very close by. The host too was amazing. She was very helpful and nice. And always ready to help you out. We used the B&B to take some pics on our wedding day and, although that day everything was a little bit messy and chaotic, she helped us a lot.

It was impeccably clean and the most well organized lodging I've ever stayed in. All the instructions and guidance for how to use the facilities, where to find restaurants and activities were clearly posted. The coffee machine was available 24/7, as was purified water (both still and frizzante) and biscotti. The refrigerator was ample size for the number of guests. Good breakfast with homemade cakes and cornetti. Excellent location just off the autostrada A14, in the midst of an industrial zone but sheltered with a lovely garden so it felt like a green oasis. Convenient to all the towns along the Conero riviera. My husband and I had a great stay!

Comfy beds with an amazing breakfast. I think this is more of a business hotel but none the less we enjoyed our stay and had the best breakfast of our entire holiday.

Beautiful location, it felt like our home for a few days. A true Italian dream.
This hotel is off a busy road with a main train line opposite. First impressions were not great but once inside that was proved wrong. We were upgraded to a "business room" at no extra cost. The room was well equipped and we slept soundly despite the road/train. There is a restaurant onsite which we used which was reasonably priced and which served meals which were enormous !
This is a exceptionally nice place to stay in the heart of Osimo. Location is ideal, everything in the centro storico is accessible on foot within 5-10mins. Property has a very useful shared kitchen as well as a stunning panoramic roof terrace with views across the Marche hills to the Adriatic. Martina is a very professional and communicative host - thanks once again!
Location is nice, its just opposite commercial center .... The breakfast was nice. Overall good experience and recommend for business travellers.
