Nice location to stay in Nuoro if you come by car. It is near the main street, also there's a public parking in front of the facility, which is to pay depends on time. I enjoyed hanging out the town, restaurant and museum.
Room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to self-check-in.

The homemade food and wine were excellent! Even though there was a language barrier, that did not stop us from talking all evening. Very friendly staff and beautiful views. Rustic yet cozy.

The region (Barbagia) is a paradise for outdoors activities---hiking, climbing, trail running, spelunking, mountain biking. Moreover, one of the most beautiful sections of the Sardinian coast (the Orosei gulf) is only a half hour drive away, with great opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and sea kayaking The city is small, quiet, and very safe with excellent food. Moreover, its rich cultural tradition (Nuoro officially calls itself "The Athens of Sardinia") offers several options such as museum and exhibitions focused on the local history and culture.

This is not really a tourist town, but it's a great location with good access to explore. It seems a quiet town. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We pulled over to the side of the road to take a few photos and people stopped to ask if we were ok.

Beautiful place with lovely people.
Beautiful place with lovely people. I felt safer than other cities I have visited. But obviously, you can never be too cautious. I would definitely recommend learning Italian for a while before visiting though because the locals don't speak much English and it makes it easier for everyone!

The apartment was part of a beautifully restored house in the historic centre. On a practical level, it had absolutely everything we needed, with modern kitchen and bathroom. But what made it so unforgettable were the echoes of the past, with thick stone walls, a beautiful enclosed courtyard and everywhere touches of traditional Sardinian culture. Antonio was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble. He is a great ambassador for Sardinia!
We were travelling through Nuoro and looked for an appartment a one-night-stay. Everything went on schedule: self check-in, entering, and check out. We did not meet the host but everyting went as easy as expected.
After an exhausting journey it was more than perfect to stay for the night. I would reccommend this place for everyone.
Perfect loacation, clean, modern.
I really enjoyed the stay. The host, Paolo, was incredibly helpful and attentive and the space was great. Sadly we didn't stay in Nuoro for long and we left acknowledging this was the best place we had stayed during our trip to Sardinia. The place was very centrical and, again, Paolo made us feel at home.
Would definitely recommend and come back!
Both the host and the premises were extraordinary. Pascal is full of the joys of life and the traditional Sardinian decor and comforts of his place reflect his own personality.
He is easily the most helpful host we have had the pleasure to meet.
The breakfast is made fresh and with the guests in the room it feels like having a meal with family.
