The hotel is just a one night hotel. but we didn't have any special expectations. breakfasts are poor. you can't walk to the outlet. only by car. The road is close by, but there is no noise. if you plan on shopping, a one-night stay is not bad.

Breakfast we did not have, so can not say anything about. Room was OK-ish, but window could not be closed/opened properly. Cleanliness was just on the edge, but bathroom was OK-ish. Location very nice and definitely far away of 4*.

When we arrived, we found a clean and lovely house with everything one could need. The owner's and caretaker's attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Later on, we met both of them, and they were such wonderful people that I wished they could host me at every future accommodation.
We searched for the accommodation not far from the Venice to easily get to the city in the morning. The hotel is located in some type of the commercial and restaurant hub with many options for shopping and eating. The hotel itself was basically as expected. The room was of moderate size with fridge. It seems that the place in the summer is rather overoccupied with many guests.
Hotel is very modern and comfortable; room for family of 3 is wide enough. If you are coming for short brake and you are planning some shopping, it is perfect location cause outlet(s) are on the walking distance. City center is also very close and you also have few restaurants on the walking distance.

Top hotel. It is an old building but inside is everything new. Very good breakfast, polite personal, very clean room. We visited almost all hotels in Noventa di Piave, but this is for sure the best one. From now on this would be our stop always.
Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast, location was near at the Shopping outlet. They have a Parking in the Hotel, Rooms are good and very clean. Pet friendly.
