The breakfast was good. Coffee, croissants, boiled eggs, yogurt was sufficient. Peaceful environment and the people in the kitchen were very nice.

Second time staying at this hotel and there was a slight booking issue, not the hotels fault may I add. Big thanks to the lovely receptionist who spent an evening sorting it out, in this day and age it is so nice to see exceptional service still exists. Many thanks to that lovely lady.
Perfect hotel for a stop over, easy to find, and in a street you can just park outside. And within a few minutes walk into the centre of Novara.

This hotel is fabulous!! Great rooms, service & food fabulous!! Chef/Boss Mauritz was the best. He was always helpful, attentive, generous and his food was always delicious.

Everything it was like home... super kind hosts...as a solo traveller felt completely welcomed and safe. Lanterns and fairy lights on the balcony which is a joy for me. Cosy character room in the magician theme yet super tasteful with old features. Slept like a log. I was accommodated early for breakfast as I got a train to Lake Orta which was wonderful...and dropped off at the local station.
I would highly recommend staying here.

The old town is very beautiful and really amazing restaurants with very good food and wine.
The old architecture is well kept and it is well worth a visit.
Restaurant Civico 27 is a bit pricey but the service and food is amazing.

I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on...
I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on entry. The apartment was on the last floor with no lift access. It wasn’t anywhere near the centre. Went for a walk to get some food. Everything was closed. Lucky after a very long walk to find a pizza place. The shower was so small you could move much without hitting the very poorly installed plastic doors. Very disappointed.
Very nice and renewed aparthotel in a strategic position, nearby the city center and the train station so it was so easy to reach the fair in Milan by train. The apartment was very cozy and all the equippment was new, I found also some some sweets and coffee pod for my morning coffee. Staff very welcoming and professional. I defenitily recommend it!
Just stayed for one night but I was absolutely pleased with this Hotel. It is very reasonably priced for its high quality. The staff was very friendly, the room perfect, the bed wonderful and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is opposite the railwaystation and on the edge of the pretty and not very big town center.
