This is a beautiful hotel in a small, converted farm. The conversion was beautifully done. The grounds, including the infinity pool, and the building are both very tasteful and efficient. The decor of the building is great. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was superb - the owner also owns a restaurant in town which just got a Michelin star.

Noto is a Baroque masterpiece, with its golden-hued palazzi, ornate balconies, and grand staircases that transport you to another era. Walking through Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you're surrounded by imposing churches like San Nicolò Cathedral and elegant piazzas, making every stroll a visual feast. The city's harmony in design and attention to detail are unmatched.
But Noto isn't just about stunning architecture — its restaurant scene is equally captivating. Norma Bistrot offers a modern twist on Sicilian cuisine, with refined flavors and impeccable presentation. Ristorante Baglieri delights with traditional dishes elevated to fine dining, all in a charming setting. And for an authentic, hearty meal, Trattoria Fontana d'Ercole serves generous portions of classic Sicilian fare, from fresh pasta to grilled meats — a true local gem.
Noto effortlessly combines history, beauty, and exceptional cuisine, making it a must-visit for both culture enthusiasts and food lovers alike.

Very good place to visit if you like archtecture.
Very good place to visit if you like archtecture. The buildings in the historic centre are all of the baroque style. Well worth a visit to this town. If we had stayed longer we would have visited other sites/attractions outside of Noto.

Noto has some great architecture which is all in a compact area. Other parts of the town are a bit scruffy and there is not a great selection of shops. It is a useful base for exploring neighbouring areas.

We liked Noto old town which we visited for sight seeing and also eating out. A large amount of restaurants. Several supermarkets which sold fresh fish and meats. We used Noto as a base for sight seeing in the area.

Noto is a town that was 'rebuilt', on a new site, some 400 years ago in Baroque style. Therefore, more spacious, but still beautiful. Excellent restaurants. Fair prices. Not crowded. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful buildings in the center, maybe would have been better to visit in spring, when you are not suffering from heat. Many people on the streets every day, to me it is overcrowded in the evenings.
There are often good concerts and remarkable artists in front of the city hall. Lots of restaurants with really good food, our favourite was Steak House Esperia, where we got perfect beef, kindness and fast service.

Everything was perfect - staff very friendly special thanks to Corrado!
breakfast was the best of our stay in Sicily - the homemade brioche and granita are top quality you will not find anything comparing to these ! The lunch and dinner are outstanding: the sauces, fish and pasta were all perfectly executed - we had a lovely well decorated suite with a huge terrace and bathtub and were able to enjoy the pool every day. The hotel is very close to Noto (Scicli was our favorite in the area)
We had the pleasure of spending our last day in Sicily at this beautiful accommodation. Nestled in a peaceful lemon grove, this place is a true oasis of tranquility. The pool was impeccably clean, and the entire property was in excellent condition. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and helpful. We especially appreciated the proximity to the nature reserve and the stunning beach just a few minutes away. An absolute hidden gem – we would love to return!
Santino has poured his heart and soul into Dea’s rooms and it shows. The location couldn’t be more central while still being a quiet place to rest. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop terrace overlooking Noto is stupendous. The breakfast is made with love by Santino who even asks for your patisserie order the evening before. We left knowing we’d met one of the nicest people in Sicily but we’ll be back for sure.
Ambra is the most gracious host and offered all sorts of places to visit, not only in Noto but in Sicily itself. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic, more than I could possibly eat. Location to the centre of town wad within easy walking distance.
The location was stunning and the staff was very nice. The food was great, our favourite was the tuna tartar. We wish we could've stayed longer. If we ever return to Sicily we'll definately come back.
