Be careful the pool and jacuzzi are not where the four apartments (Mill and restaurant) are located. These are located 1.5 kilometres away and only accessible by car due to winding hillside roads.
Also advertising by both including pictures of pool and jacuzzi and not mentioning that they are offsite on booking.com advert.
If you complain the Spanish wife of Marco wont allow you to complete your complaint without interrupting you and accusing of calling her a liar. Can learn better customer service. Otherwise the staff seemed fine and Domenico who runs the restaurant/ reception and waiter was good.

Breakfast was amazing! Maria is the best hostess, she even helped bridge the language barrier for us while we searched for family history in Nocera Terinese! Also, parking easiest since we’ve been in Italy- right out front of the property!
the hotel is situated on a main street, easy to reach. the managers (a lady and a gentleman) are very friendly. a good place to stay, not too far from the beach.. i recommend it..!!!
