Our room had a large sun terrace overlooking the valley and incredible vineyards and mountain views. Terrace had sun loungers which can be used in good weather (We had rainy weather :() Furnishings in hotel are a bit old, but very well kept. It also has a nice indoor pool area, and sauna which was particularly nice in the bad weather we had during our stay. In summer, one can make use of the outdoor pool. Food for both breakfast and dinner was of very good levels.
Family room was very spacious with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen connected to living room. The balcony was great with very nice view to the apple fields and mountains. We were very satisfied with the host and check-in process. Parking space was right outside the hotel. Complimentary coffee machine with capsules was great!!! TV with internet connection (netflix, youtube) in the living room.
I was passing through and came across this accommodation near Bolzano and booked straight away and don't regret it. It's not a luxury hotel but an educational institution but that wasn't a problem for me because I needed a bed for the night. A 20 minute drive from the beautiful town of Bolzano.

The room was good with all the basic required amenities, the host was very warm and welcoming, and the overall hotel vibe was good. As my flight got 8 hours delayed owner was considerate enough to allow me to check in late in the night and I'm thankful to him for that.
Booking confirmed my booking, but when I arrived at the hotel at night, they told me that they could not check me in, that there had been an error. Terrible!
