I liked that the owner communicated on WhatsApp. I liked that she spoke English and offered me information for arriving. Lucky for me she was available and willing to pick me up and drop me off at the train station(s). It was my first time using self check-in and I learned how that works. It was great to have coffee, water, wine and snacks provided. I also appreciated information about the city. The colored lighting in the shower was a first for me.

The reservation through Booking.com in January 2022 was for a Best Western Hotel, which changed its name to HR in August. We were never informed of this change, which proved to be extremely frustrating. We were two tired travellers in a rental car without a GPS trying to find the hotel, despite numerous stops to ask people for directions. No wonder we (and others) were confused: the Best Western no longer existed. Poor communication on your part.
we had a lovely stay in modugno, everything was perfectly fine and it was really the best start of our vacation. Lora supported us a lot and was organizing and helping us with everything we needed - thank you so much :) The room looked exactly as on the pictures, very clean, very new, very lovely. We also got coffee and a bottle of regional red wine and there is a very good connection to bari and the airport is also quite near. I really can recommend the suite everybody, it was great :)
New and modern studio located in the centre of Modugno, very close to its numerous bars and restaurants. Clean and functional. Very nice and helpful host. The breakfast is in the bakery next door, budget per person is 4 euros (you can have two croissants and a coffee for that, for a small supplement of one euro per person we had very nice pancakes).
The staff of this hotel were very helpful , The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was decent too! (Could just do with being labelled to help people know what it actually is their eating)
