The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room are very well decorated and spacious. We loved the attention to details that made the experience really luxurious (Frette bed linens, Spa basket with extra towels and slippers). The view from the room was incredible.
If you're sporty you're in the right place: very complete gym that allowed us to keep track on our workouts, and the breakfast had a lot of healthy options, which was a relief considering we found it hard to find healthy options in the region.
We also booked a massage that was amazing!

They even arranged for a motorcycle mechanic to come for a problem we had. Absolutely stunning. Above all expectations. We’re only there for 1 night, but spoiled rotten with their so so so nice staff, incredible infinity pool (view to die for!), great bar and delicious restaurant. Stayed in the ‘older’ rooms, which were spotless. Beds were very comfy. We will definitely try to arrange another visit in the future with a longer stay!

Fantastic view and very quiet. Very friendly host and good food, all home made by the owner. The facilities are indeed a bit dated as in other reviews, but everything is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is excellent value for money. There are many hiking routes to

the hotel. Note that the hotel lies quite high and it takes about 20 minutes on a steep and curvy road to get there from the main road in the valley to Merano and Bolzano. It may be quicker to park in Vilpiano and take the cable car up.
