We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Castegneto. The suite we stayed in was spacious, elegantly furnished and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Location is at the train station, the city centre is on a hill. But I chose this with purpose, it fits my style of travelling. Room was good, also bed and pillow. Staff was helpful once I was there.

This is a beautiful classic residence at the center of Melphi, with amazing view of the village from above, a nice roof garden and plenty of space. It lies at the center of Melfi in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. A lot of classic architecture to browse around and plenty of sightseeing, restaurants and shops in the area.
Excellent staff, Ilaria was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel outside area was very nice and the surrounding area is very beautiful. Short drive to Melfi a very nice town close by. Free parking
