Wonderful 4 nights in the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. This is a high end small hotel with elegant rooms, grounds and poolside restaurant that was more than I could have imagined. What really makes The Villa Fiorella Art Hotel special is the exceptional staff. Lia was a friend from the time we walked through the door with her warm and welcoming smile. She is amazing, so helpful and kind. She answered any questions, made wonderful suggestions and helped make this an unforgettable experience. All the reception women were wonderful (Adele, Greta and Magherita).
The atmosphere at the poolside bar is unmatched. From the moment we sat down Gino made us feel welcome and special. He is wonderful.
Every morning we were treated to an elegant breakfast with exceptional service by Candadia. A relaxing and wonderful way to start the day. I need to mention the housekeeping staff. They did an exceptional job. Our room was immaculate everyday.
This is more than a hotel. It’s an unforgettable experience! I can’t wait to go back!

We could not believe the gorgeous view from the balcony of our room. The hotel was meticulously clean. The staff was accommodating in all aspects of our needs. Each morning was a beautiful buffet breakfast and coffee prepared to our request. The location was perfect as you could reach the center of town on foot in 5 minutes where buses run every 20 minutes into Sorrento. The perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring!

My cousin and I stayed at La Lobre for three days this past October, and what a lovely stay it was! The staff were all amazing, the accomodations were clean and well kept and spacious. I loved having an actual sit-down deck off our room with 2 chairs an a table. The food both in the morning and at night was simply amazing--traditional regional Italian food homemade at the inn, and served family style under the lemon trees in the evening. Much of it came from La Lobra's own gardens, which surround the inn.
We walked around Massa Lubrense, along the road with it's remarkable views of the ocean , the harbor, with Capri, and Naples visble in the distance so scenic! Also, Pepe, one of the owner's sons , drove us (for a $70 fee) all the way from Positano--a breathtaking ride along the famous road, Wow. It was all simply delightful.

Massa Lubrense is the quiet and very authentic Italian country side between the Sorrento Coast and the Amalfi Coast with a beautiful view of the island of Capri in the distance. I recommend it for travelers who prefer not to stay in the busier towns of Sorrento or Positano. Sorrento is only 20 minutes away and has all the shopping you need! The ferry there will also take you to Capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc. From Massa Lubrense you can also drive down to the beach & enjoy dining in Nerano. And there are numerous Michelin star restaurants accessible from the area!

The breakfast was superb and the breakfast location was lovely. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. I would absolutely stay here again- very tranquil. We had access to a car so were able to travel easily but it would be difficult to get around without a car.

Quiet town full of locals.
Quiet town full of locals. There are a few great restaurant options in the main city square and next to the port. Also very accessible by bus form Sorrento (20-30 minutes, with 2 euros/trip). We were also able to book trips to Positano and Amalfi as well as Capri which leave from the port in the town. All in all, great if you want to visit the coast but don't want to deal with the chaos of more popular towns.

Much quieter than the other Amalfi bays/towns which we loved after the crowds and still had several restaurants if you wanted them. Limited transport options aside from private driver though if you don't have a car.

Excellent stay in the charming Nerano Bay, with lovely and welcoming hosts. The attached restaurant is the best we ate at in the two weeks of our trip to Italy (although on the expensive side - but you are paying for wonderful view and excellent food). The accommodation was nicely styled and had a lovely view and a terrace where you can watch the sun set behind the headland. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.
The location was phenomenal - close enough to the chaos but we didn’t need to be in the chaos.
The staff were so friendly, we loved Francesco giving us some amazing tips, his general please tell warning father figure nature. Everyone really was super helpful and we loved every bit of the stay.
The food was incredible, probably the best we had in Italy that we ate there almost everyday
Host Francesco was one of the welcoming people I met during my time I have booked hotels in booking. The place itself is gorgeous with beautiful views (especially sunset), its only 15min by bus to Sorrento. There are a lot of naturally growing fruits in the area and overall I would say it is one of best places I have been.
very central! 3 minute walk to the bus which can take you directly to Sorento. a little gem Massa Lubrence is, you find lots of locals here and shops are super affordable. The studio was so clean had everything such as iron etc. for sure to stay here again when I return to Italy.
This Villa sits in middle of a beautiful olive grove with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean see and the island of Capri.
They had the most delicious breakfast of our Italy trip- everything was fresh and the host was really nice and made us feel extra special!
