Borgo Vita Novella is a beautiful restored historical complex with high architectural value, which could easily be marketed as luxury resort, if the rooms were decorated and designed more purposefully. I think the potential is there. Currently the design is kept a bit simple and functional but genuine. The staff is kind and smiley making every interaction pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good.
Offering city views, Casa Memi is an accommodation situated in Marzamemi, 600 metres from Spiaggia della Spinazza and 1.7 km from Spiaggia Reitani.

I absolutely loved this apartment! First of all, Marzamemi itself is charming, especially after the season. The location of the room is perfect, with a fantastic view from the balcony, and just a 1-minute walk to the main square. Check-in was seamless, and the communication with the owner was excellent—she truly made us feel welcome from the start. You can tell she opens her heart to her guests, which really made our stay special. ❤️
The bed was incredibly comfortable with a large, seamless mattress, and the selection of pillows truly won me over. We were also treated to delicious cake and coffee/tea in the morning, which was such a lovely touch. The room is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making it feel like a cozy and inviting retreat.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful location, very close to Marzamemmi and yet quiet. Facilities are great with little cottage type rooms which are well serviced, clean and comfortable. Dining area overlooks the extensive and beautiful farm, with a large pool space just below it. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely wonderful place and even more wonderful owner! If you want to spend a special time among olive trees, by the pool, live in absolutely beautiful rooms, eat the best breakfast in the world and meet a wonderful person - definitely book this place! We spent beautiful moments here, which we will never forget! Everything was great! The rooms are beautifully designed, cozy and have everything you need. Breakfasts absolutely exceptional - wonderful foccacia, Italian cheeses, the best ricotta in the world, delicious scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, wonderful coffee and granita! The best dogs :D peace and quiet - you will not find better accommodation :) We are already thinking about returning to this great place! And with Christina we felt like family :)

Davide and his father Sebastiano are very kind hosts, they are responsive and always make themselves available to the guest’s need. The B&B is surrounded by the olive trees, very quiet and yet the location is perfect to visit San Lorenzo beach and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. Private parking with cover is really a bonus. The breakfast vouchers worked very well for us.

A lovely little holiday resort with lots of restaurants at reasonable prices. We were delayed but still managed to get a takeaway pizza at nearly 1am.
Cyclops cafe/bar is excellent for breakfast pastries and coffee. The ice-cream parlour is a must at any time.
You need a car to get around as we never saw a bus and there are no large supermarkets or bakers.
So many lovely beaches nearby, our favourite was Lido Marghello where the sand is soft going into the sea and no rocks or seaweed.
San Lorenzo is a nice beach too but the fancy cafe serves lukewarm coffee.

The picturesque fishing village of Marzmemi is surely worth a visit. There are many restaurants in the square and along the quay. We visited both during the day and in the evening and the atmosphere was lovely. Food was good and fish was fresh.

Marzamemi is a small but charming medieval town on the Ionian coast. It's a Unesco-listed town, and rightly so: 500-year-old houses flank a picturesque square full of life, delicious food and fine wine. The surrounding beaches attract both active swimmers and families with children to swim and relax. A beautiful pearl on the southern coast of Sicily - well worth a visit!

Having no knowledge of this place at all before arrival, initially it seemed a bit of a dump (we arrived from the north and couldn't find the way initially). Once we figured out you had to park in the residential area and walk to the village itself, we liked it a lot more! Many interesting shops (Campisi and Adelfio, for tuna, pistacchio, anchovy and tomato products) and lovely little restaurants and eating places near the fishing port. It was busy for a Saturday night in late October, but I dread to think how mobbed it gets in July - August, when I see the huge fields used for parking! I'd say avoid high season, apparently you can't get into restaurants and have to fight your way along the main street.

Marzamemi is a pretty little town, especially around the harbour and town square. It appears to hold several cultural events. A Book Festival was being held at the time of our visit, with specific activities for children. And, there were posters about a Film Festival that had been held in September. However a good understanding of Italian would be required to attend these events.
The bars and restaurants are mainly around the harbour and in the town square. They offered a variety of meals, mainly seafood as Marzamemi is/was a fishing village. The prices were all very similar, €15 - €20 for a main course, as was the quality.
The harbour offers the best photo opportunities especially at sunset.
Marzamemi is close to a coastal park area, you will need transport as I did not see any local buses, which gives you the opportunity to watch a variety of bird species including flamingos! There are ancient ruins and an abundance of wild plants. A fascinating area. As this area is very open I recommend you wear a hat. Also, there are a couple of shaded spots with cafe/bistro and seats.

A very busy seaside resort with all facilities necessary for a successful holiday, especially large number & range of restaurants. One problem was that due to our need to use the car to get to other end of resort we spent too much (usually €5 a time) on parking. Another blemish was that the one & only farmacia was closed when it should have been open. Limited grocery stores but some good supermarkets in nearby Pachino

The place is very well located in the middle of the Sicilian country side, 10km from Pachino and 15km from Marzamemi. The view is breathtaking as you enjoy a 360 view over vineyards and olive threes. The independent country-houses guarantee privacy and relax.
Location, location, location…..
As others have said access to the beach from the backyard which makes for a very relaxing stay. Getting drinks, food, taking a shower after a swim, seeking shade. No need to pack up for a day at the beach.
The location is really very good, a few meters from the beach, from the promenade and shops and restaurants, from a playground. The rooms was very comfortable as well and the owner friendly. Breakfast was really great.
Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants, clean and quiet house, well equipped. Gianni was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
