Very beautiful building (palazzo) with lovely courtyard, garden and pool area. The furniture in the room was old but charming. There were lots of areas around the property where you could sit and relax - in the courtyard or garden. The breakfast was generous and delicious and it was a great way to start the day having breakfast in the courtyard. Very friendly owners and very comfortable stay

Just fantastic location and terrace view. Appartment ( we had bigger one) is well equipped with all necessary things. All significant information is available on dashboard. Appartment is clean and tide. Owners are always accessible by whatsup and are ready to assist. Private beach is not a classic sand beach with enough space to lay, but it is private with enough space to leave your stuff even with neighbours. And it is 30 seconds away from appartment! External shower is another plus. For sunbathing there are wonderfull terraces in each appartment and additionally a lot of space on the roof of bigger appartment. Looks like lorry can park here. Evenings are very pleasant on terrace. Lecce is definetely one of places to be visited. Sea is very clean and underwater terrain is worth to be examined. Water shoes are recommended. Enter to the water is not recommended for small children under 5 years. Alimini beach is 45 minutes away and it is classic sand beach with a lot of space and definetely children will enjoy it. Closest big shop COOP where you can by all stuff for living is 10 min away by car.

It was super cosy and romantic, very rustic and "hyggeligt ". The whole setting was beautiful and juat a 5 minute walk away from Acquaviva Bay, and a short drive to Castro. The tent was spacious, the bed was comfy, and we had the basic facilities we needed in the kitchenette. Elio was a really friendly host who made sure we had everything we wanted.
Terrace is big advantage of this appartment. Private beach which is not overcrouded is a big plus. Distance to the beach is about 80 m- anytime you decide to go to shadow it is easy to perform. Fantastic sea with underwater terrain-perfect additional bonus. Shop with all commont stuff is 10 min away by car. Lecce is 45 km and is unforgettable beaty. A lot of restaurants around make your evenings pleasant.
Appartmens are quite close to each other and success of your vacation depends a lot on discretion of your neighbours, but it is mutual

The staff is wonderful. The dining in the courtyard in the evening had both great food and wonderful service. We loved the rooftop where we watched the sunset at the end of the day, each room has its own rooftop terrace. Large bungalows and lovely quiet surroundings.
