Staff very generous and helpful but very frustrated with my lack of Italian and let it show. I don’t expect them to speak anything but Italian. At the same time international travelers come to the Dolomites and they are in the hospitality business. Use of Google translate would be one solution to avoid so much frustration from one staff in particular.

Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Had laundry on site for €3, which was convenient.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, good homemade meals and very pleasant staff.
Sometimes a little far from some hikes but with so many positive aspects, we still think this hotel is a safe choice! We highly recommend this place.

Favorite place was the hotel surroundings, where one can walk.
I ate in the hotel restaurant, however, I went to a nearby restaurant, which is about 15 min walk on the main road, the restaurant called Dovich. Michelin level, although it doesn't hold the trophy
Everything was amazing. This hotel is in a perfect location to visit the Queen of Dolomites (200m to the lift to Terrazza Marmolada). Breakfast was very tasty with huge variety of food. View from the balcony was breathtaking. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will gladly come back again in the future.
The rooms are incredibly comfortable. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the hotel.
I wish I stayed longer than one night to enjoy the restaurant, bar and breakfast to the fullest
