The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and waited also our arrival in Macerata. Walking distance to everything downtown. Eleonora was delightful and eager to help! A huge thank you! Will recommend it to my friends!
Macerata is a little gem. Even if you come "only" for the opera festival in the Sferisterio, take your time to explore the town. There are good possibilities for shopping, enjoying local food and many places worth seeing.
We were absolutely stunned by the lavish Baroque and Rococo frescoes and wall decorations in Palazzo Buonaccorsi, which we had completely to our own on a Saturday morning. Don't miss that, it is truly unique.
Piazza delle Libertà with its Torre Civica and its astronomic clock with the carillon (at 12:00 and 18:00) is also a must see. A tour onto the tower must be a special treat, but you need to book your slot in advance, which we sadly didn't know.
Then there is Piazza Mazzini with the Sferisterio (guided tours also there), the city walls, many churches, good food and wine, not to forget the surroundings - we definitely need to come back.

Great town!
Great town! Had no idea what to expect and pleasantly surprised!
Great city center, that's a little uphill but very walkable. Lots of good restaurant and gelato choices, especially open late. Really cool museum in town that is definitely worth checking out. Great views of the Italian countryside. Friendly people all around and not a lot of tourists for a unique Italian experience.
Outstanding places to eat: Tutto Pepe, Porchetteria Centrale, Caffe Centrale, Pizzeria Bel Mondo.
A lovely hotel right in the town centre, lift, a large room with a comfy bed and a view over the roofs of Macerata. Aircon, friudge, complimentary bottle of water, large bathroom, nice towels, nice toiletries. A very helpful receptionist. Top floor room as requested.
Before booking any hotel,we check cleanliness that's very important for travelers. I found the room was clean and comfortable. The main thing is that staff was superb helpful and friendly. Overall I like their services and I'm coming back on my next tour of macerata
It was a quick check-in. Staff at the reception to restaurant and cleaners were helpful but no much friendly and welcoming. I guess this is general in Italy.
The Hotel was clean and the location was very good.
