Location is superb, easy access to all the Verona’s attractions. We stayed in room 445 for 3 nights, Housekeeping staff doing a fabulous job, they even changed the pillow cases on the 2nd days for us which is very touching, the bed was very comfortable, we have a wonderful sleep and we will be back one day!
However if they can improve the breakfast choice, it’s will be perfect! 👌👌👌

The location is great for exploring the city and on the railway station edge of the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly including with left luggage. The room was a good size and the air con worked well. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast and the breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked up. The room was quiet with no traffic noise.
