Great Place to stay! very clean hotel and spacious rooms. comfy beds. pet-friendly. good breakfast, the pastries were amazing! the pancake machine was a delight for kids. The pool turned into the evening restaurant and was a lovely place to sit: great bar and fantastic barman with delicious cocktails. lovely beaches across the street and lively boulevard in the front of the hotel.

Lovely beach.
Lovely beach. It is clean with lifeguards but there are not enough free beaches. In the height of the season it must be impossible to get a space on one. The beach clubs are too extensive and expensive if you re using them alot.

very nice place, great beach, all the access has to be paid - you have all the comfort you could need but you have to pay for it. Some has even swimming pool but the price is higher. Nice restaurants and sunbeds. in a weekdays in july very easy to park a car.

Lido is remote people need a car - the beach is lovely but there is no town nearby restaurants were not always open especially at night - prices in lido are as high as Dublin for most things - would not recommend for anyone with limited walking

Lovely atmosphere. Gets very busy. Good sandy beaches.
Could extend the free beach a bit more as paying for beds / parasols etc on a daily basis could be expensive for some families. The village of Camaiore, Pietransanta, and Lucca are lovely and worth a visit.

If you are travelling by rail the nearest station is in...
If you are travelling by rail the nearest station is in Viarregio. Its not that far - say 2/3 miles - not walkable - a taxi will cost you 20 euros.
If you plan to visit Pisa , Lucca , Florence etc the rail network is cheap ,efficient and comfortable. Just bear in mind that its going to cost you 20 euros each way to get back and to the train station. We only stayed for 3 days but did discover that there is a bus E25 that will take you to or very neat the station. Only costs a couple of euros,

There were shopping opportunities and good restaurants.

Appx daily 10 Eur parking fee to be paid. but there are a lot of park places around the hotel.
The location is great! You can walk to everything, and the free beach is very close.
The owners helped us get parking right outside the hotel, but it can be difficult to find.

Cozy little hotel next to the beach. Very friendly and smiling staff and good value for money. The offer a few discounts at different restaurants and at one of the beach areas.
