We had a wonderful stay here last night! Large, quiet and clean room - what more could you want? The reception was super friendly and helpful! The location is also ideal! We would have liked to stay longer but we were only passing through.

The accommodation is just a few meters from a fine beach, shop and lots of restaurants located right at the seafront. Our room was perfectly clean. It was newly furnitured, had AC, comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom.
Breakfast included delicious fresh croissants, we just loved them.
Hotel Antares has a great, panoramic location in Letojanni, and is well linked to Taormina by bus. The complex features bars, restaurants and an outdoor swimming pools. WiFi is free throughout.

We liked this hotel enough to go back to it a second time. We stayed there in April 2018!
Breakfasts were fine. Perhaps a better selection of cereals would have been appreciated.
The Garden Room with potted trees, plants, etc. provides a very pleasant setting for a meal, especially as it backs onto the seafront..
The quirky nature of the hotel is a change from some soul-less modern hotels.
The staff are also helpful. The balcony, if tight, was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay in Letojanni. It is on the main railway line up and down the east coast with good bus connections too. Letojanni has an extensive, uncrowded and mostly sandy beach with many cafe's and eating places along the front, generally at very reasonable prices. Taormina is only a few minutes away on the bus which is definitely worth visiting, but, in contrast, it is very expensive and very busy compared with Letojanni. Letojanni is, therefore, great for a relaxing stay, but also, it has good connections to get to other places in eastern Sicily. Definitely recommended.

A small town with very good local shops and cafes with delicious prepared as well as fresh food available. Easy to take bus trips elsewhere . Lovely views and a tree lined promenade. Tavola calda had excellent homemade food to take away

Than on top of everything else blasting music at the pool ???
They bring people's by the bus loads so they can use the pool and the restaurant. So the hotel can make more money on the side.
At Night time the pool/entertainment area is rented out for weddings and birthday parties !!!!!

Letojanni is a calm and small village.
Letojanni is a calm and small village. Almost every restaurant and café are situated along the beach walk. A few bars and cafés are situated around the small plaza and it lives up at night with a lot of people and music. What’s nice about Letojanni is that it’s not that crowded! It feels like a place where the italians themselves come for vacation which gives the place an autenthic feeling. There are plenty of restaurants that offers roughly the same kind of food (pasta, pizza, seafood), and I would recommend Restaurant de Nino for their seafood. Other nice restaurants are Flamingo and Lido Sei Nodi (good pasta alla norma!). When you’ve walk along the beach walk a few times you’ve seen all there is to see. But the place is very close to the beautiful, busy Taormina where you can go by bus (chefsposten and easy!) or taxi. I wouldn’t recommend Letojanni for people who wants to party of for families with small children (since the water gets deep right away) but for people who wants to relax, swim, sunbathe, read books under the parasol at the beach and who doesn’t care that you have to take the bus to Taormina.

Letojani was a great base for us to visit the half east side...
Letojani was a great base for us to visit the half east side of Sicily. Our hotel was literally on the beach. We always started our day with opening our eyes with the sea at our window and we always finished it with a walk admiring the sunset. Taormina is more crowded, more expensive and on a hill and it would have been difficult to go up and down everyday to go on our trips
The fantastic view from the sea side balcony and from everywhere. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent and and we could have dinner as well at extra cost.
The room has balcony, it was clean and absolute okay for us (3 persons). We enjoyed staying here, it was an extraordinary experience because of the locaton of the hotel.
Hotel Sylesia exceeded my expectations. This is a lovely little hotel very close to the beach in a quiet area, close to a parking space. Room and bathroom very clean, owner and staff very nice, polite and helpful! Very tasty breakfasts, not only sweet! I definitely recommend it! Giuseppe, thank you again for everything!

Location is good, the beach (private and free) is across the road, nearby are restaurants, buss station to Taormina is in 5-7 min walk and the train station (trains to Catania, Messina) is in 1 km distance 10-15 min walk
