+ Lake - beautifully clear water, stay in August water wonderfully warm for swimming. Nice pebble beaches, possibility of swimming with dog.
+ Also for walkers there is a lot to see - one wonderful view is only about 1h walk away
- Total lack of bins by the lake and along the roads (cycle paths)! There are therefore lots of bags of dog excrement lying on the roadside, which the owners have picked up but had nowhere to dispose of. Who wants to carry such a bag around with them all day? Disgusting, they could put a bin there!

The Stuff are very kind, but only few talk English...
Excelent brakfast can be taken outside infront of the lake (before it gets hot...)

It was a busy public beach but the private beach with the...
It was a busy public beach but the private beach with the accommodation was good. Final road access to Ledro requires concentration and that rather took the shine off the idea of visiting other areas by car, but there were enough walks in the area for the week we stayed. Pizza Restaurant was busy but it was holiday season. As mentioned the shop below the apartment offered a good range of food and drink.

Ledro is a place where you can enjoy a holiday for real. I mean you can do many activities, practicing sports and enjoying the best things combined, beach and mountain together.
The lake is fantastic, with azure water crowded with fish, no motor engine boats predominant but the ones man powered (hydrobikes, kayaks, etc) or by wind (veil boats, wind surfs, etc) that makes the lake very natural and keeps it clean.
There are many attractions nearby, waterfalls, WW1 and Independence War sites with trenches, mountain bike routs, jogging and running places, good food, and just exactly what you need to not get bored ion your vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay, this hotel impressed us the most of the 6 different locations we booked in our holiday in Italy. Fairytale landscapes,felt like reading Heidi, relaxing views, good location, close to Garda but less crowded, staff and owner very nice and helpful, always willing to help and make you enjoy your staying, very rich and very tasty breakfast, quality and attention to detail everywhere, very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great bicycle ride with the help of owner
Everything. David is warm, friendly, helpful. We got good coffee after ages. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, comfortable. Ledro is a picture-book village between hills and lake. The surroundings are green and fragrant. Breakfast is not superb, but quite good and more than adequate.
I'd love to go back and stay for a few more days.
The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is clean and warm and you can swim there up to 24:00. The rooms are charming, and the temperatures in Ledro didn’t exceed 30C so the lack of AC wasn’t an issue.
it was lovely. Newly decorated, a lovely wood feel. the room was clean, practical and minimal- which is how I like my hotel rooms. lovely touches of wood and beautifully upholstered chairs etc.
