Exceptionally clean, comfortable and situated in a very convenient location, close to all transport methods and yet quiet. The hotel is quite modern and everything worked well. We also had a balcony with a view of the lake.

We spent three nights in Hotel Boston. There was only one problem, but it was really bad. Second morning we noticed that there are BEDBUGS in the bed! This was of course a shock.
In the morning at the reception they first denied, then they believed us but didn't want to compensate the price we had paid for the third night. After negotiations we got another room, which was far away from the former one in the new part of the hotel.
After this case, we also understood why there was a strong smell of chlorite in the room when we first time came in. It made us believe that the staff knew already that there have been bedbugs in that room.

The hotel is very close to the ferry that will take you on the lake, within walking distance away. Staff at the Hotel were very helpfull giving us tips to avoid motorway on our way to Como. Breakfast was very good too.
Very welcoming and heartful host Silvia. She was super attentive and provided everything I needed just to make me feel like at home. Beautiful apartment, a lot of space, super location from train station, ferry station
and lake (1-2 min). I came to the wedding with 60 friends and when I showed video of my apartment they said it much better than their hotel rooms in the Laveno area. It was an amazing stay and I will come back!
