We stayed there for a week while visiting some friends. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet place, close to different restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the airport and to a mall. The room and bathroom were complete with everything we needed and comfortable.
The manager, Laura, is very friendly, always available, and helped us to get knowing the hotel's surroundings among other things.
It doesn't look much from the outside, but we really liked it!

Staff were friendly and helpful. However my “superior” room was cramped and unpleasant. Walls are thin. Unless you really need to be the first to enter the Real Palace of Venaria just do yourself a favor and stay in Torino and take the express bus.
