This is a first class hotel. The highly professional staff provided service at a level you would only expect at the most expensive of luxury hotels, yet the price was quite reasonable. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, elegantly served, real espresso drinks (not self serve from an automatic machine) with an excellent choice of foods. We will return!

The best thing is location of the hotel. The food was very good, but small portions. I recommend to eat any king of pizza.

We travel often and, honestly, this is one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed! The flat has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the river in Ivrea and is right near multiple amenities. We were able to eat dinner next door, have breakfast at a nearby cafe, and even made use of the veterinarian downstairs (who sorted our dogs’ return paperwork to the UK)!
Speaking of the dogs: this is the most pet-friendly place I’ve ever stayed. Our dogs were each given their own beds, food and water bowls. 🥹
Our toddler was also given her own pack’n’play crib with bedding. 💗
Roberto, the host, was super kind, responsive and very helpful.
Lastly, the flat is beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly. While the kitchen is tiny, it is super innovative, and I think innovation and design are key words here. The laundry line in the shower is a clever example!
We would definitely return!

Ivrea is a beautiful medieval borough surrounded by enchanting lakes with clean waters. It is quiet, ideal for families and for whoever desires to enjoy complete relaxation outside of the main tourist routes.
You can swim in the waters of Lake Sirio or use Ivrea as a cheap base for Vallee ski resorts, just one hour drive away.

A pretty little town, easy to walk around the cobbled...
A pretty little town, easy to walk around the cobbled streets around the castle (or prison - fascinating history!). Ancient bridge...lots of character. Apparently the orange festival is an event not to be missed (early February).
We also drove to Lago de Viverone (1/2/ hour) - stunning. Amazing views, nice walk, & good places to eat. Highly recommended.

Ivrea is a historical place with nice places to visit. Having said that, there are not so many to fill a long staying, so do not plan along holiday here, unless you also plan to visit the many great restaurants located a bit everywhere in town.
3 T Botique Hotel has been amazing. They’re a brand new hotel and their level of excellence is perfect.
They have classy, modern finishes in all areas of the hotel, the rooms are super well appointed and comfortable.
The professionalism and helpfulness of their staff has been a real pleasure.
Would highly recommend them and will definitely stay again next time we’re back in the area
The Guesthouse is in a good location and communication/check-in and out, while all done remotely, was very good and directions easy to follow. We really liked the space, it was modern, well-designed and fitted out and also felt a bit luxe. A bit different as far as guesthouses go, but we had a great stay there and enjoyed our short time exploring Ivrea.
Beautiful, big, and calm apartment in the center of Ivrea's old town, with a very comfortable bed. Lovely entrance (see picture). Nice, big bathroom. Very friendly welcome. A great place to stay in Ivrea.
