The staff were extremely kind, we needed milk for our child and they offered some for free. Breakfast was excellent, varied and relaxed. The location could not have been better, right between the Cathedral and train station. A great pick for a night in Pisa.

Location was great, I could not test the breakfast as I went out early morning. the room was good and meet my expectation but the bathroom was too small but also good.

If you are looking for a hotel near the cathedral complex, this one is just around the corner. This made it very easy to go to the complex first thing in the morning quickly. I also liked that the room had an extra blanket available. There is not much else around in this area, but getting to the central part of town was only a 15-20-minute walk. The hotel is old, but they try to keep it looking okay and do an okay job of cleaning. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled of bleach, indicating that it had a good cleaning after the last guest.
