This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's charming, quaint, historic. One of a kind. Great location right in the centre of historic Borgo San Lorenzo. Exceptionally clean. Helpful owner, who although spoke little English, we were able to communicate ok. Simple continental breakfast is in the cafe next door. I would definitely return here again. It's not luxurious (no swimming pool, no tea/ coffee station...), but it's a little glimpse into a bygone era. Good value too.

Breakfast was fine when we had it. It was a shame that the staff were rude and refused to allow us into the breakfast area at 7.55 because it did not open until 8am on our final day

The only thing that was great about this property is the location and size of pool. They have such a wonderful location and this property has so much potential, but it has not been maintained well.
