Upon arrival I was met by Julsie at reception . She was bubbly and friendly even though I spoke no Italian I got checked in ! I felt right at home and my stay was for 5 nights and her disposition remained the same. The room was very clean and large with good A/C and windows which opened for fresh air. Breakfast was a highlight because I was cooked a homemade meal including fresh daily cakes .

Chris and Daniela went out of their way to make us feel very comfortable and have a great stay. They have a great story, and we highly recommend other Americans to also stay here to explore the region (rather than Bologna etc). Chris was kind enough to spend time with us after our dinner and provide us with homemade beverages which were so very good. Daniela’s homemade and locally sourced breakfast was very good, and Chris even made pancakes for our boys in the morning.

The couple who run the hotel and restaurant absolutely made my stay, they were wonderfully welcoming, helpful and fun. So much so that the few issues I would normally have (small shower, room decor etc) melted away under their charm. To be fair, they said that they are starting out and renovating as they go along so have plans to make changes to the rooms, which, to be clear were perfectly clean and comfortable. It was a great stay, great value for money, a lovely location and I would be delighted to come back and visit again.
This is an amazing hotel with everything we needed. The room was super clean, super comfortable, with plenty of space. Beds was firm on perfect level with so soft and cozy bedding. we also praised the choice of pillows. The morning view after opening the blinds was spectacular! Room was flooded with sunlight!Home made sweets for breakfast was spectacular but you can choose cheeses and ham as well as well as typically great Italian coffee. The owner was welcoming and we had so much fun to talk with, learning little bit of Italian.
Beautiful location in the mountains, from the hotel and eating area you have a view over the valley which is stunning. We had a comfortable room and the welcoming of the owner was nice.
