The apartment was very clean and well designed. It has lots of useful facilities. The surroundings seemed calm and quiet. The communication with the host was also great.

It was a perfectly adequate room and I appreciated the water and breakfast set up for the morning. It was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle made it easy to go back and forth. The owner was helpful when I could not find the room.

We liked the closure to the airport. It's 20 minutes walking and we felt really safe even though it was after midnight. The host sends cery detailed instructions.

There are 4€ you got on your key to spend on a vending machine. We didn't notice that but the super nice cleaning ladies told us when they saw us putting money in machine.

The hotel is close to the airport which is very convenient.
Eventhough there is no breakfast included the vending machine served good value drinks, a good cup of coffee and snacks to serve as a basic breakfast.
The separate bathroom/toilets are individual for each room so there's no queueing or sharing facilities.
The staff were helpful in keeping my luggage case for the 2 weeks I was travelling and had it in my room ready for me when I returned.

Very good breakfast and nice restaurant for dinning in the evening or bar where you can watch football while having a drink. Very nice staff. Double room has good size, clean, nice bathroom. This was my second stay and I will stay again in this hotel.

I had a late night arrival and felt completely safe walking around the town at 11pm. Hosts were very pleasant accommodating people.
Would rather stay here and travel into the city by day to sightsee than actually pay twice the price for inferior accommodation in the city. Buses were cheap and frequent.
Would love to return here.

We spent one night in the town.
We spent one night in the town. We could only see the road to the accommodation, which was only 250 meters from the bus. On the way from the bus to the accommodation, we saw some shops and an optician, but we found the location interesting and nice. I would definitely like to spend, for example, two or three days here.

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.
This is an ideal choice for catching early flight at Bergamo. Twenty-minute walk is not short, but much is more reliable than the Italian public transport, especially the bus which always delays and risks your flight.
I had a one-day trip to the old town, ending with a very nice shopping experience at the Outlets close by the Bergamo airport.
The hotel has air conditioning. Everything is so clean and tidy.
All night reception, design and clean accommodation, very comfortable mattress, super breakfast, shuttle available, spa quality, restaurant, kind staff ready to support, hotel lobby, electric appliances in the room, air conditioning discreet without noises, large bathroom, minibar.
There was self check-in made very easy. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Relatively close to the airport (approx 2.5 km) with sidewalk and a tunnel under the busy road. Grassobbio, where the hotel is situated, is a nice little town.
Very convenient location - 15 minutes by foot from the airport. The room is clean and very warm. There were a kettle, tea, hairdryer and shampoo in the room. The hotel has a vending machine with coffee and drinks.
