I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel nearby Trieste airport for our last night in Italy. Based on other reviews I didn’t have high expectations, but Risthotel turned out to be great! We stayed in a family suite (kids loved their separate room and beds, and I loved the common area to repack our luggage and hang out). It was clean and a stuff was welcoming. The hotel is a short walk to the center of the town, only few minutes to really nice gelateria, and a 7 min drive to the airport. We didn’t try the pool (it was open) or breakfast, due to our early departure. We had a really good experience. Own parking is a plus too! Thank you!

Eccezionale! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious and included an amazing selection of local product all explained by Bruno - a brilliant waiter / host. Highly recommend the local wines on offer at the hotel too. Hotel itself has great facilities, rooms very comfortable and spacious and the pool area is very stylish and a great place to chill and get work done.
I will definitely be returning the next time I am in the Trieste area.
