A very spacious apartment with much storage space and very clean. The pool area was also clean and was a great way to close the day. Breakfast was also excellent with savory and sweet options and tasty coffee to your liking. The location is quiet but far from the centre of Modena, it would be best to have a car. Special praise for the cleaning lady who did an exceptional job in tidying up our room!

We stayed for only one night but this is very good hotel with great potential. It is recently renovated and there is stil few things to be done. Room was very spacious and location was great for us because it was 10 minutes from Ferrari museum in Maranelo. Private secure and free parking and nice breakfast. Family owned and operated and all of the staff were very nice. Very reasonable price.

Casa Tua is a recently renovated guest house in Formigine where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.
The location on the outskirts of Modena was very convenient for me, though it is probably not the top spot unless you have either friends to visit or business in the area. I think there are only two rooms and it is all very intimate and quiet. The host, Maura, was wonderful and very friendly, the breakfast served outside was very good indeed, and the evening before I was even offered an aperitivo though I am sure it is not a normal part of the service. Easy parking outside. The room was perfectly adequate, the bathroom - modern and spacious.
Quality/prezzo was good and so was breakfast (nice choice). The staff were all very kind. We found the room comfortable (not elegant, but that's fine). The location is convenient to the centre of Formigine, and there is free parking.
